Science surprises many people both in the reaction that can be seen AND the explanation behind it. This class continues in the Surprising Science class theme, but raises the bar for the older student.  This class explores electricity through experiments, games, projects, and demonstrations. Satisfy science-hungry students and take away exciting and original ideas for science fair too. Dig deeper into the mysteries of electricity and be sure to bring a journal to keep track of our experiments, new vocabulary, project planning, and data. Due to the project nature of this topic, students will be taking home several of their own creations. A $15 supply fee payable to instructor at the first class covers the supplies for these experiments and projects. 10.5 hrs
