This contract class is developed in conjunction with the San Juan Center for Independence to familiarize students with a gym facility, experience a physical exercise program, and develop personal fitness interests.

Begin class with a group warm-up and conclude with group stretching. Develop your individualized workout pattern, whether that includes learning how to use weights, stopping and starting the treadmill, or creating some variety in your routine. Class will emphasize safety throughout and includes an HHPC membership for the duration of the class. Caregivers are expected to attend and assist as requested by the instructor.
