SharQui—the Bellydance Workout

SharQui (pronounced Shar-Kee’) is not a traditional belly dance class, but a fitness class with authentic belly dance moves that are simplified then gradually layered together until you’re dancing a belly dance routine. Class starts with a gentle warm up, moving into low-impact belly dance cardio, and ends with a relaxing stretch. This is for everyone who wants fitness and fun in their workout. No dance experience is needed and you can take it at your own pace. Strengthen your core, build stamina, have fun, and feel fabulous!

We’ll dive into the chemicals commonly used in food production, their impact on our mental well-being, and—most importantly—how to cook and enjoy wholesome meals that nourish a healthy body and mind. Join us for a fresh start toward better health! Materials fee of $15 is due to instructor on first day of class.
