Fitness should be fun! Ditch boring workouts and learn to love your body with SharQui – the Bellydance Workout®. SharQui Workouts are for EVERYONE – no dance or fitness experience is needed. You’ll start with simple footwork and then gradually layer on elements until you’re dancing an authentic bellydance choreography in flow. Not only will you get a taste of this amazing art form, you’ll get a fantastic full body workout while doing so! If you can walk in place, you can bellydance with SharQui. Strengthen your core, build stamina, have fun, and feel fabulous! 24 hrs
